At NICOLÁS CORREA SERVICE, S.A we are specialists in refurbishing second-hand CORREA milling machines, as well as other type of used machinery, renovating and reconditioning them completely.
Before the refurbishment process, we purchase second hand industrial machinery that has either become obsolete or needs repair, offering its owners the possibility of selling those used machinery or milling machines no longer of interest, thus being able to renew its machinery park. Later, we retrofitted and/or technologically update this machinery.
We are specialist in refurbishment and sale of CNC milling machines, specially CORREA brand, and this For this purpose, an initial study and valuation of the milling machine’s state is carried out, followed by the disassembling, sanding, priming and new painting of all the structural element in all the 3 axes of the milling machine. Those mechanical parts which movement implies any friction, like the working table, ram or framework, are rectified and adjusted. Also, all guides in X, Y, Z axes are inspected to determine their straightness and parallelism, replacing or repairing the appropriate elements in each case to finally manually adjust them by means of a scraper to fit them back to their optimal state.
Both electrical and control devices and systems are also inspected, updating the CNC in some occasions since it is the element that faster becomes obsolete. Finally, the protocols of geometry and accuracy are carried out as originally established by the manufacturer, verifying the machining quality and accuracy of the milling machine. These protocols are made once again after the installation and commissioning at customer’s facilities.
